New Rogue Engineering El Diablo Caliente

This should be interesting. I wonder if the thicker piping will make it even quieter ?

As long as that 180 degree bend is there I’m not interested

Disappointing that Ben's trying to capitalize on the dual 2.5" interest with a design that's still super lazy and terrible.

I actually reached out to RE if they could modify it with 2.5" tubing like SS does upon request. The photo is what Ben sent saying it requires more work. So maybe the attached picture is just to show the Diablo. But assume the photo would have to be correction to that awful bend.

I was speaking to Ben the other day for a different issue. He said it will definitely be louder and deeper than the current offering.

It's a replica of the best exhaust for the car, with bigger piping than the original. He's just selling what the market has asked for.

Ah, El Diablo. The most power sapping muffler.

How much of that was the 180 degree bend, and how much was it the 55mm (2.16") piping?

It's a replic of the Dixis I believe, which is 60mm and doesn't lose power.

If money free on trees I would own that exhaust.

The price is only half the battle, finding one for sale is even harder these days. The only one I’ve seen for sale in the past few years was here on the forum — the guy wanted ~$4k and it was damaged…

muffler's the biggest waste of mod $ on this car anyway

I don't know if I've ever actually seen a dyno (especially of an otherwise powerered up car), with the Dixis as the only variable. Would be interesting.
