E46 Crank But No Start - Tried Handful of Things W/ No Luck

I replaced the fuel pressure regulator, the fuel tank breather switch and still no avail.

I confirmed that the pump sends gas through the main feed line as I ran it disconnected, but the stream didn't seem like it was under a lot of pressure. When I checked the driver side tank, there was gas in it and all the hoses are attached.

I checked the FPR right after I primed it and it just won't hold fuel pressure. I know for a fact it is now fuel related, but what could be causing it not to build fuel pressure? Could it be the Walboro is defective? Is there a break in the sealed system causing it not to pressurize?

Fuel mostly on the right side (LHD passenger side) is correct

could be a bad check valve (or no check valve depending on pump model) in the walboro pump preventing the fuel system to pressure

I think Im going to replace the walboro with an OEM unit and see if it it helps. No pressure at the shrader valve on the regulator so not sure what it could be at this point.

Will do. I ordered a new OEM pump and that should arrive tomorrow and hopefully it solves the pressurization problem. What would be the best way to check FP prior to the filter? In line pressure gauge? Also, if I am not mistaken there is a direct feed line from the pump to the filter so if that section doesn't have any leaks, I'm not sure where to look next.

Really hoping that the OE pump solves this issue.

It was the Walboro after all. New OEM unit fixed all the issues.
