Bi-Xenon Headlight Rebuild/Repair Broken Adjuster Assembly?

I have searched online, I don't see replacement parts to rebuild the level adjustment assembly for Bi-Xenon lights. Both my lights have broken adjusters. The passenger side is the worst where the white plastic screw piece literally fell out of the assembly when I pulled it out of the car.

What solutions exist out there? For now, I had to force the assembly into its highest position so I can at least see the road vs the lights pointing only within 3ft of me driving.

You can 3D print the screws. File attached in the first post of this thread.
My silver car’s OE projectors were shit, and I was under the impression that there weren’t good upgrade options for the 2.5” single xenon lights. Replacing the bulbs with Osram Nightbreakers didn’t help. A few months ago, a member on here informed me that Lightwerkz had upgraded a single xenon car with Bosch Mini projectors

Are they broken or detached? I was able to put mine back in slot when I did ZKW-R lens recently:

Considering the ZKW-R swap on your E46 BMW? Here's how I did mine on my 2006 M3 to get more light and a crisper cutoff

umichchris - Did you ever find any solution? One of my headlights is pointing down, and both adjusters are broken. I don't know what to do with the 3D print link. What I really need is a replacement for the entire plastic housing.
