Thanks to all for the inputs! The lower end of the ranges mentioned in here would be where I would feel most comfortable at.
I will revisit the plan after a month long vacation, hopefully the price trend does not fluctuate downwards even further, fingers crossed

Realistically, this is a $25-27k car.
Before everyone says this is low, just look at this from a point of view of the buyer: titan is not the most sought after, and while the 6MT conversion helps, the condition of the interior, the accident, and the mileage does not. Its not a slicktop, it doesn't have manual seats or interesting color interior, and sitting as is it probably does need a fair bit of cosmetic TLC and a suspension re-bush. That is a $13-15k car all day long.
Ad a subframe reinforcement, Vanos lock-up, and rod bearings - and that easily adds up to $10k to any E46M - because it is verifiable AND desirable by pretty much any E46 buyer out there. You can make the same argument for CSL box and tune, etc, but to many this is irrelevant. Just for the sake of an argument let's add another $1-2k for that. And there you have it.
You could probably get higher if you clean it up, take real good pictures, collect your service records, and put it on a high-visibility website like BaT or such. But I'd still say its $25-27k car.
All of the above coming from a guy that just bought his 5th E46 M3 Coupe and been looking for quite some time for this one so my perception of the market is fresh.
