Interior swap questions

I'm starting to dig into a full interior swap project to get rid of the grey interior, and had some questions.

1 - I have a rear seat with a ski bag, non-folding afaik. Does anyone know how to remove the upper portion? I see the torx on the bottom but it's hard to get a bit in there with the ski bag frame in the way. Wondering if anyone has emarked on this.

2 - I purchased a full speed cloth interior set for a great deal which I was stoked about, but now realizing they are from a fold-down seat car. Seems like I'm pretty much screwed on getting these to work?

I was under the impression all M3s had fold-down rear seats

This should have gone in the (no)dumb questions thread.

New to this platform, the e36 guy in me figured they were non-fold down because there was the ski bag.

While here, has anyone gotten the e39 or other heating elements to work? Other threads were left inconclusive.

Mind me asking how much the cloth interior was?

I think I'm going to keep mine, but in case I ever sell it'd be good to know where prices are.

I got lucky and only paid 600(just for front and rear seats, door panels. Though i've seen a set on marketplace that was going for 2800 sat for a while and sold, not sure for what price.
