Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if this topic has been addressed previously.
I recently updated my M3 using the ECUWorx tool, which included changes like the rev lights, rear O2s, and most importantly, the CSL SMG tune and inertia update. However, post-flash, I've observed that while the adjusted rev lights are functioning as expected, the SMG-related updates seem to have disappeared.
My M3 has Dinan parts from the factory and the associated Dinan tune, to provide some background. A friend mentioned that Dinan may have locked the DME when they implemented their tune. This seems plausible because, immediately after flashing, the CSL update appears intact. However, upon driving the car the subsequent day, its behavior suggests that the CSL flash might not be present anymore.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or have insights on how to address this? I'd greatly appreciate your expertise.
