Got few PMs, with common questions, so i'll get to those points here, using below sample inquiry,

Just wondering what the deal with the E46 M3 is. Mod list, reason for selling, what kind of amount you'd want. Let me know what you're thinking.
Nothing special about these sales, had been on my mind for a while but just kept pushed back and also hard to part with something that you've been tinkering as projects for this long.

Mod list, yes, will get that.

And then there are list of "unfinished" work that will post pictures of current state

What amount? As mentioned above, was thinking of $30K, but after what i received for e39 m5 from EAG and looking broadly in say BaT, braining storming what a "fair" asking price really is given,

    pro's:
    a) single OCD owner
    b) current condition
    c) low miles
    d) mods

    con's'
    a) mods
    b) optics from being boosted

Was really thinking a "local" buyer to avoid any headaches, but will see...

      Thanks for the tip.

I do have a "local" (potential) buyer, he's been pestering me for >year, when i told him, take both cars for $40K, with the cars in current condition with unfinished work. And he's meeting me this afternoon? hrm...

Okay, let's try (now i know why part of the selling is all the efforts needed to market the thing... )

        Not in any particular order,
        1. supersprint from front to back, stepped header, race cats, race exhaust (yeah, has drones), and that thing with dual pipes to the exhaust (originally was that bottleneck pipe thing)
        2. vorsteiner CF diffuser, front spillters
        3. OEM alarm retrofit at the port
        4. OEM csl bootlid
        5. ACS roof spoiler
        6. Bluetooth ULF gen 13 (last generation)
        7. OEM TV module
        8. OEM Sirius
        9. CD changer (didn't come with the base car)
        10. OEM refresh interior parts (yes, still low mileage cars do need refreshing of interior parts), try to remove few grey into black parts (pictures to follow)
        11. rear camera in one of the license plate light hole (not yet wired to the TV module)
        12. OEM LED license plate lights
        13. complete OEM tools in the bootlid toolbox
        14. OEM fire extinguisher under the original seat (i've seen some folks with Recaro seats that have retrofitted to add OEM fire extinguisher, was planning to try do the same)
        15. Complete BAV sound speakers upgrade
        16. Intravee integration with Alpine HD Radio
        17. OEM AUX for additional Bluetooth audio support
        18. OEM warning triangle mounted in the rear driver side
        19. KW coil over INOX V3 <<-------- i had pictures of the original box, so yeah, just copy paste, easy peezy
        20. Michellin ps4s, less than i think, few thousands miles on them
        21. AutoZone duralast platinum AGM battery installed in Mar 2022
        22. Blackstone Lab oil analysis report
        23. Recently had pre-cat O2 bungs replaced
        24. vanos bullet proofing --> haven't done that yet, still mulling over doing it
        25. fuel pump was upgraded to, was that hellcat version, to support E85, did run with E mix few times
        26. custom tune by local tuner, spare MSS54HP DME
        27. MSS Mapper for map switching
        28. Mason Engineering rear brace in the trunk
        29. DINAN engine strut brace <<-------- not yet installed
        30. Turner wheel studs
        31. Turner subframe reinforcements
        32. OEM ZCP Alcantara steering wheel with original buttons
        33. Snow Performance Meth injection
        34. Active Autowekre SC gen3/level 2, have dyno's with various pulls, fuel mix, with and without NOS spray
        35. Nitrou Express 75 wet shot with power bottle opener (sprayed few times during pull and on street), MSD RPM window switching thingy, there is one other part for this install, can't recall what it is top of the head
        36. Rogue Engineering short shift, engine mount, RTAB, wheel spacers, RSM, that thing that makes clutch shorter distance (can't recall what it's called)
        37. Brembo
        38. Recaro PP <<--------- not yet installed, with Mach Schnell parts
        39. OKADA plasma direct, ignition coils
        40. powerflex bushings (squeeky)
        41. PerformanceBox, never used it
        42. Elitte Engineering catch can
        43. Gauges, 3 total (two AEM for boost, afr in bank 1), one Nitrous Express, includes afr for bank 2
        44. OEM powered wing mirrors
        45. All documents, including service records, mods (i think), manuals, original window sticker
        46. Umnitza halo rings, also pre-wired for multi-color LEDs, not yet installed
        47. GrafxWorks (???) lighted door sills
        48. 3.95 (or is that 3.91) diffs from some place i can't recall (i think there is only one place that sell this)
        49. Alternator replaced with new Valeo in Oct 2008'ish
        50. Fuel-It Ethanol sensor bluetooth
        51. front/rear FOBO tire sensors
        52. Blendmount for radar detector (still not better than seamless integration of V1 in E39 high cluster)
        53. ...

        Cons:
        1. passenger side air bag recall campaign, procrastination, need to first remove trim to avoid tabs breaking off
        2. ...
