    Subframe reinforcement shopping list?

So my diff bushings crapped out, with my 04 coupe about to hit 100k I figured it’s time to do the subframe reinforcement and diff rebuild with 410gear swap. I’ll be doing the whole thing myself as it seems straightforward and not the worst project I’ve tackled in my garage. The question I have is what is a good shopping list for things I should buy ahead of the project to have ready as well as other wear items I should tackle while I have the subframe down…..I want to minimize time waiting for parts to arrive once I have the car appart….

-diff is getting full rebuild with 410 and clutches so nothing else to do there

-doing an f80 m3 280/270mm brake conversion with rebuilt calipers and new rotors

-doing Rtab reinforcement with new bushing

-installing new shocks and bump stops, reinforcement plate, mounts etc (springs have less than 20k miles so I’ll reuse but putting new spring pads

    -obviously new subframe mounts (solid)

-getting some new exhaust gaskets and ruber mounts

    -driveshaft rubber joint and bearing

anything else I’m missing or that would be much easier done with subframe out?

In the middle of this job, you can certainly do it it's not hard.

    Part wise:
Check the diagram and do all inner balljoints and bushings, sway bar bushings, sway bar links, muffler hangers.

    Other "stuff"
Paint stripper wheels for drill or angle grinder
Goggles, face shield, ear protection, respirator masks
All the paint products needed to properly finish the underside This was quite the rabbit hole for me
Paint products if you want to redo the suspension parts
    Thread tapping tool for 12mm
    Spot weld drill bit
Caulk gun if epoxy method or if seam sealer needs it

    I'm sure there's more i'm missing

Refresh some of rubber fuel hoses while everything is out as well.

Vincebar, gusset cups, and tool kit, (if epoxy version) 3m epoxy part number 07333, epoxy gun part number 08571, primer/undercoating spray, upgrade rear diff bolts. Rear wheel bearings (rear driver side might be easier while it's out), bearing puller/press tool kit, 4 new rear axle boots with grease kits, outer ball joints x4, and inner bushings.

Rear wheel bearings and (maybe) hubs. If you are on coilovers then consider the Rogue Engineering adjustable spring mounts. What kind of shape are your parking brakes in?
          Old, not obsolete.

I would stitch weld the RTAB pockets vs reinforce.

            And replace the suspension hardware.
