I installed the full kit, inclusive of the cooler, on my 100% track car, in February this year. Install was a bit of a beast, as other noted, but it was a bit better with these cheap AN wrenches from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Billet-Alumin.../dp/B06XSZCD87

However, if you're tracking your car, and truly pushing it, I can't recommend it. I do commend CB on their customer service as they were responsive and respectful, but to make a 4mo story short, I had 1 leak (identified in grid on a wet day when they saw a slick under my car) and 2 complete failures of the system. The first one I smelled it first and was able to ease off and get offline and make it to the pits, but not before the whole underside of the car was covered in ATF. After the first failure (HP line blowout) they sent new lines and fittings to restrict flow with a theory that different model years/iterations of the factory system had different levels of restriction and that these new additions should fix the situation. They also provided a full refund at this time. Like I mentioned, CS was stellar. So I installed all of that updated hardware and it ran well for 2.5 events. Until it didn't. Another system failure at T12 at my local track of PIR. It led to a small spin, but luckily nothing major despite that being a bad place to spin. Another line failed and all of the lines looked like they were overheated. Needless to say, that was the end for me. 3 ruined track days. A couple I missed waiting for new parts. Not to mention the MESS of cleaning up the underside of the car, the driver side wheel, driver side of the car, my trailer and driveway! I'm 100% OE now and don't anticipate any issues (I didn't really have any true issues before, it was just weeping and messy and I tried to "upgrade" for the same price).

Also, now I'm pretty sure my PS pump is making noise, likely as a result of being so hot and/or low on fluid after the system failed and I limped the car to the pits.

With all of that said, I have one of their coolers, with the 2 clamps, available for sale. 100% functional as new.

I can send pics of failed lines to anyone who may care. I'm not trying to blow up CB on here, but considering the consequences of an outright failure of the PS system on track, I felt compelled to share. For a street car, I'd have ZERO concerns with this system.

Probably needs the expansion loop. Or lower system pressure. I have my pump relief shimmed so the high pressure side is about 1/2 the pressure. Might be 25%…I have the max amount of shims.

I have a high pressure hose made by Pegasus racing (pump to rack) and I haven’t had a blow out. The crimp started leaking after 2 years. For me, the high pressure hose will be an annual replacement item.

I cannot recommend this product at all for anyone who drives on the track. Per their instructions, I had it professionally installed on my car because I have an intense aversion to the smell of PS Fluid that is now borderline panic inducing.

For me, and I cannot speak for others, this product has been an absolute unmitigated nightmare for me. The design of the high pressure line causes a number of issues. Even at the best possible angle and swivel, the HP line will rotate on the crush washer against the pump, causing minor or major sprays. I thought this was just an issue with my installer, so I had a different shop install it in the unfounded belief that they could do it correctly. Same issue.

After every 2-3 sessions I would have a massive leak and have to soak up PS Fluid in the diaper, remove my Karb intake, and refill the reservoir to their recommended level.

About a month ago, the HP line exploded during a session, and I had to limp to the pits with the pump and reservoir screaming at me that they were dying.

I missed at least 7 sessions because of this product. I will say that my PS line exploded and they asked for a pic, and I just didn't follow up because I had already ordered a replacement OE kit from FCP Euro for life. My guess is they would have been happy to replace the line but I wanted the system out of the car as fast as I could. I'll check to see if they still have the line at the shop in a couple of weeks.

Your mileage may very, but I was disappointed and frustrated by this product on a constant basis. I do appreciate the company's efforts to try to solve issues with our cars.

Yeah it’s better to stick to OE, just replaced mine as they were wearing a bit with ones from FCP
