Picture of rusted part is driver side brake line, there is no oil line in the rear.

      Youtube DIYs and more

All jobs done as diy - clutch, rod bearings, rear subframe rebush, vanos, headers, cooling, suspension, etc.

PM for help in NorCal. Have a lot of specialty tools - vanos, pilot bearing puller, bushing press kit, valve adjustment, fcab, wheel bearing, engine support bar, etc.

He need to replace flexible/rubber line, hardline and spring load bracket on both side, and probably front too.

BTW the hardline comes in straight section so you will need to bend them yourself so might have to drop rear subframe and fuel reservoir to do the job

Would I be able to cut just the rusty areas and replace it with a new ones, or everything should be one piece only, and I have to to the intire hard line?

You can cut where the hardline isn’t rusted, put a new fitting, redo a new flare and make a new line in between
