I think that 5e3c is your yaw rate sensor, have a look in live data what it is reporting.

rotating speed is 0.72 degrees/sec and 0.02g for transversal acceleration

all seem within limits, wheel speed sensors all look good too so do both brake pressure sensors. this is why i think it’s abs rings. lot of ppl on here seem to just throw parts at this issue, mainly sensors :/

Under what condition? Standing still, driving straight, cornering?

If it had anything to do with the rings it would just set a wheel speed sensor code for the one that wasn't reading properly.

those are the readings shown when at a standstill. i've monitored those same parameters when the car is moving and has some moment force or rotation, and they change a bit just to make sure they're not always reading close to 0.

i am thinking along the same lines regarding the abs ring, but i guess what's confusing me right now is that i am getting no sensor codes whatsoever. seems like most of the cases i've read about online, those people get some sort of sensor code along with the DME/CAN timeout one whether its for wheel speed, brake pressure, or yaw rate. i've purchased all new sensors except for the yaw which i purchased used, but really would like to pinpoint what it is.

the same thing happens every time when i'm on the highway, the traction control light blinks a couple times and it does feel when this happens the car brakes for a slight second as well which causes me to correct wheel just slightly, then the trifecta lights come on right after. turn the car off and everything goes away.

          5E14 CAN Timeout DME/DDE
          5E3C Wheel Speed not Plausible

i've also changed pretty much every component of the car except for the cv axles which is why my mind is going in that direction. appreciate your input and thoughts.

Scan the car with INPA, I want to see what the original German code says, I think someone had erroneously translated “rotation rate” which is clearly “yaw rate” to “wheel speed” in some of those online code lists.

INPA should also provide some freeze frame data that might help.

Car braking on the highway was the yaw sensor in my case, same symptom at least.
