CMP topside beam. Old version

I’m wrapping up my subframe reinforcement from CMP. I have the older kit with the topside beam visible inside the trunk. Im thinking of spraying it with a black wrinkle finish but was looking to see what others have done or any suggestions

I painted my Vince bar in silver POR-15 for some rust protection.

I simply didn't cut the top carpet part of the trunk cover so my bar sits under it, but I spray painted the to try to match color of the trunk.
