Went for a drive, lost power and now car exhaust sounds like it has cams

Only source i'm aware of is Dr Vanos. Pricey though.

Needle bearing for that size is not special, but the groove on the inner race is a custom designed for VANOS.

Got the car back last week finally. Drove it out around for a bit and the car is all back to normal. Thanks for all the help guys!
