WTF happened to FCPEuro customer service?

    I just sent a few things back, and one item was missed; I'll have to follow up. However, at this point, I've migrated to my local dealer for genuine parts since in my case (low mileage/use), I often don't need the LRG and will gladly take the lower price. For OE(M) stuff I go FCP and take the LRG as a bonus. If I end up needing it, it's there but if not, whatever. I have however noticed that Rock Auto has been increasingly competitive on pricing and carrying the OE(M) brands we all know.

      Honestly fuck FCPEuro at this point. I ordered something on Wednesday, paid for 2 day shipping and they said it'd arrive Friday. Go to look up the tracking on Friday... still "Processing", hasn't even been shipped. Sent them an email asking WTF... no reply. So now it won't be here til next Wednesday at the earliest.

      Fuck them. If I wanted to wait a week I'd have ordered it from ECS Tuning and paid for regular shipping or free shipping.

        There will probably be a delay in shipping due to current airline issues. If so, FCP is not really at fault.

                I bet with the new warehouse on the west coast, when it says "in stock", its not saying which warehouse has it in stock.

                I have noticed a slip in FCP's customer service and shipping times. Also packaging quality has gone down as well. I have to be mindful of what I order so things don't get crushed.

                  They were having an issue with shipping quotes and I saw this and reported it to them and they fixed it for me manually. I have sent them the above so hopefully they look into the issues.

                        have you tried asking them to refund you the shipping fees? I've come across this situation before with them when they show something in stock and I buy it with expedited shipping only to find its still been processing and we've already hit the delivery date lol. They were understanding and did not make a fuss about refunding me the expedited shipping fees.

                          Yea I've had them refund shipping fees for me as well when this happens. Can't remember if I had to ask, but definitely worth poking them.

                          I saw this, but I actually saw them address this on either Instagram or Facebook or something in the last year and haven't had any issues since. Could be confirmation bias on a small sample, but it's improved for me.

                            I feel like I've noticed a delay in shipping time as well. One part actually did come from the new AZ warehouse even though I'm on the east coast. I thought the AZ warehouse would improve times at CT. Regardless, they always deliver and honor LRG so I’m content.

                              Besides coming from the new shipping center, I don't think you can blame FCP for slower shipping. USPS has become much slower in recent years. Packages that used to come straight to my door now go to the regional centers first, and they're always out of the way.

                                Yeah this is true. I should have added processing time because sometimes it takes a while to get out the door.
