I'm going to try this again as it looks like it is a slight weep in my case. What are you turning with? I just used a standard 1/2" ratchet with my 22 MM hex socket (zero movement with a decent amount of force), but thinking I'll try a breaker bar this time. I just don't want to make it worse and break something.

16mm wrench, I have a long(er) double box end 16/18 and it takes a bit of force to get it moving, but once it does no issue. You could try some heat if you were inclined, but I always do this with a full oil pan and I haven't had an issue yet (yet, lol).'09 HP2S, '12 R12GSA, '00 Black 323iT, '02 Alpine 325iT (Track Wagon), '02 Alpine 330iT

George Hill breaker bar worked. Felt it go about 1/16 or less of a turn based on the marks I made. How much are you generally tightening?
