UUC is a terrible company, and its owner is worse. Condescension and ego are all I got when I went to his store in person. He has money coming in from elsewhere, so he could care less about his customer service and corresponding reviews.

Well not all UUC parts are bad. With that said if you want firmer engine mounts and not extra firm I suggest looking at Rogue Emgineering or Bimmerworld “Group N” type.
Depending on your needs and if your mounts are just worn over time you may actually be just fine with new OE M3 mounts.6MT SLICKTOP - OE CSL Wheels - OE CSL Brakes - CSL Rack - CSL Trunk - CSL Diffuser - AA Tune - AA Pulleys- AS 40% SSK - 4.10 Motorsport Diff - Bilstein PSS9s - H&R Swaybars - CSL Lip - Gruppe M CF Intake - Supersprint - M Track Mode

But I’ll bite as to reasoning of your blanket statement of “firmer”. More than simply NVH.
