Confirmation on Euro Front Bumper for Kevlar Reinforcement Bar Part Number

Could I get confirmation on Euro Front Bumper for Kevlar Reinforcement Part Number.

This is for a 2004 M3 coupe so it will have the front Kevlar Reinforcement bar.

The part number that I have is:

    BMW # 51 11 7 894 989

I am pretty sure this is the correct part number but when I called my local dealer to order it, they were insisting that this part number was for the early model m3's. I didn't want to argue with them but they said that the sale would be final and they would not accept any returns which gave me some doubt in placing the order. Can someone confirm that the above part number is in fact the correct part number for the front euro bumper with shaved reflectors for a 2004 m3?

Damn it, when I clicked on that link this morning it gave me pricing of $579 plus shipping. I put that bumper in the shopping cart and was going to place the order just a few minutes ago and they changed the price to $739, WTF. I swear this always happens with ECS Tuning, it is always a problem ordering something from them.

might want to order from Turner...i know they are the same outfit essentially, but Turner still has it listed under $600

Try ordering the bumper from the dealership, I got my euro bumper for ~$550 and it only took one day for it to arrive.

Call and talk to ECS, they'll often knock the price down some. They even give me a military discount. I think the guy I speak is named Jarred. I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with them: euro bumper, euro slicktop headliner, oem cel trunk, supersprint exhaust.... countless oem and performance parts across M3 chassis.
