    Accelerator/Gas pedals NLA?!

My car was orignally SMG, and has since been swapped to manual. As a consequence, it still has the auto kick-down button in the accelerator pedal that drives me absolutely crazy.

I was looking to purchase a new, (manual) accelerator pedal, and saw that they were NLA? Are there any alternatives out there? I have not been able to find any...

This poses a pretty big concern for out community if the pedal is NLA, and there are no alternatives on the market. Am I missing anything? Am I best off buying used? From what I understand, a TPS sensor is located in the throttle pedal...what happens when these sensors inevitably fail, and new ones are NLA?

Pretty sure I saw a DIY here or at least a mention of how to modify the smg pedal to get rid of the auto-kick down.

      The kick-down can be removed - https://nam3forum.com/forums/forum/m...more-kick-down

No problem, just remember, the pedal is the same for the E46 E39 E38 E52 E53, so there are A LOT of them out there
