Prolly so! I’ll have to go back to that other post again and read how. I’m considering keeping this as a spare - or doing a preventive replacement on my 175k mile original pump. I don’t want a failure on a track day.
Also, of interest for this topic…based on what I see on the surfaces, stickers, and date stamps: it looks like the Bosch reman pump assemblies have used brackets, but a new pump (sub-assembly)

I'd guess that Bosch simply changes the bearings and any seals or gaskets. I don't think they do anything with the pump chamber, impeller, endplates or the vanes.
I've used the Bosch reman twice now, seems allright.
You mean you've replaced it twice on the same car? Mine's still on the original with 300,000 kms. Of course, now there's a pool of PS fluid under my car after I just started it for the first time in 6 months. Hopefully it's just bad hoses, but I'm preparing myself.
