      Prolly so! I’ll have to go back to that other post again and read how. I’m considering keeping this as a spare - or doing a preventive replacement on my 175k mile original pump. I don’t want a failure on a track day.

      Also, of interest for this topic…based on what I see on the surfaces, stickers, and date stamps: it looks like the Bosch reman pump assemblies have used brackets, but a new pump (sub-assembly)

        I'd guess that Bosch simply changes the bearings and any seals or gaskets. I don't think they do anything with the pump chamber, impeller, endplates or the vanes.

          About to take the plunge with the Bosch reman from AutohausAZ, expect they come from the same stock but I'll post pics if it looks any different.

          $173 after core return without warranty replacement, vs. $310 from FCP. I'll take those odds.
