Brembo brake 996 conversion brake pad sensor

Hello, Im buying the parts to do a 996 bbk conversion, I have the calipers, pads, and rotors are on the way…
My question is… the brake pad wear sensor….Does anyone know the right one to get it? If I don’t use it, will a light turn on in the dash?
If anyone here knows which one to get it, please send me a link of it.
    Thank you.

You can cut the factory sensor and jump the wires together to prevent the dash light or buy the Porsche sensor and splice them into the E46 sensor. I went with just jumping the wires since I check on my brakes often enough.

There was a company in the UK selling sensors made by the BMW OEM manufacturer but with a Porsche connector on it.

I have some of them still, but heard they are no longer making them as the OEM wanted 10,000 pieces MOQ.

The connection that goes to the pads is different. Looks like there are two different ones.

WHS, especially on this kit where pad thickness is very visible. I just cut them and twisted together.
