Anyone have a constant pressure valve tool?

I found out about this bugger right before I was about to put my Euro headers back on. I ordered the O-ring as a while you are in there project, but the site did not have the tool. Does anybody have this tool that I could either purchase or could lend me?

Just get the specific flat head ratchet attachment from harbor freight. That’s all someone did back in the day when they offered the upgraded seal.

OK silly question – do I have to take all the oil out of the engine to change this? I started loosen it and saw Oil weeping, was not sure what level inside the engine the oil normally sits. I just changed my OL so I would prefer not to have to do it again.

to my knowledge there's no need to drain - I replaced the o-ring on my CPV with oil level sitting at full
