what is this tube at the end of the fuel rail?

trying to put things back and just wanted to make sure that this specific tube dosn't actually connect to anything? thanks all

There's supposed to be some wires coming out of there that go to the solenoid on the crankcase breather valve (on 05+ cars only IIRC).
