Strut brace clearance issues after engine mount replacement

Anyone run into strut brace clearance issues after putting in new engine mounts? I went with aftermarket mounts (034 mounts), it got rid of the horrendous idle NVH that the bimmerworld mounts the car came with, but now the brace is hitting the quick release fitting (and broke) that clips into the air rail.

I’m now considering a different brace with a different design, or putting in Rogue’s bumpy strut tower spacers.

Curious to see if anyone else has experienced the same.

    I would contact 034

They might have sold you the wrong the mounts

Better yet, send em back for a refund and go genuine / OE from FCP

There is nothing to be gained straying away from genuine or OE for this part

Are the nipples on the engine mount in the hole? That could cause it to sit higher.

Problem is Rogue strut brace. I installed 3 in the last years and they all get in contact.

Rogue strut brace used to have 1 bend on this tube and not has 2, given less clearence

I made 1/4" shims plates on top of strut towers for the 3 cars that it didn't fit. People needs to contact Rogue when their parts doesn't fit
