Mirror pivot wobble

Hard to search for but my passenger side mirror is loose at the pivot point. Is it possible to tighten?

There are a couple Torx screws in there which hold the mirror to its base plate which you can try tightening. The threads are aluminum so they like to strip. If you need a replacement base plate, I've used these with good results:

Just gotta get in there and check it out. Sometimes the hook on the plate is bust too.
