Aftermarket E46 M3 windshield cowl

I ended up getting a cheap Amazon one (needed to replace the cowl during the repaint).

So, I guess since they are not NLA and are on backorder, maybe they will pop up eventually?

There is a long running thread regarding this part over on the M3Cutters forum in the UK (RHD variants)

I make the point at the end of every month to bump the thread and ask the representative from the BMW Parts Department to update us on the availability.

At the point of time end of January 2026 when I asked, they informed us that BMW had added a note regarding the part and the issues faced with a supplier. I also asked them a few days ago and still the same status; Back Order, no ETA but NOT NLA

Looks pretty close to mine. Ha. Also I'd have to pay tarrifs. Not a lot obviously but I've paid enough already so trying to if I don't have to.

Is there something wrong with yours? Maybe just soaking it in 303 will make it look newish. Or maybe a light hand polish will bring back dark luster...
