Looking at those pics, I would go ahead and replace the radiator and the radiator coolant hoses entirely, and throw a new temp sensor in with a new expansion tank and cap.

I replaced the expansion tank, the o-ring in the hose that connects to the tank, and the temp sensor o-ring. When I was getting my seals from the local supplier, I brought the old tank cap forgetting I had a new one, and we noticed the 2 o-rings that seal inside the tank's neck were completely squared off. Interestingly, the o-ring I picked out of the tank hose looked almost new. In any case, I'm pretty sure the temp sensor seal was the reason the system lost pressure and boiled over.

Replacing the hoses is probably a good idea at this mileage, but the hoses were all still soft and pliable, and I really just needed it running to move off my lift to work on one of my other cars. I'm still debating how much time and money to spend on restoring it, especially since I haven't driven it more than 50 kms in the last 7 years (basically just around the block to keep the fluids circulating). If it wasn't for the affordable insurance from Hagerty, I would have gotten rid of it by now.
