Following - this is wild OP, sorry to hear this. I got my strut bar from him back I think when he first opened in 2019/2020, always been happy with it and he was great back then at communication, always left a positive impression on me and have continued to recommend him. I’ll be changing that now of course after reading through your experience, really sorry to hear this and hope Visa gets you covered on this!

Called Visa this morning, Chase has great customer service lol. Got temporary credit back already, and they're going to attempt to reach out to Brandon. Will keep you all updated.

In the meantime, any other similar strut bar recommendations? I was just thinking of an RE Racebrace bar now.

Since DMG wasn't responding I decided to try DS Works. Got the package in the mail today. I chose the 4130 chrome-moly with clear coat. I put it on the ol' bathroom scale and it weighs 2.6lbs. Excited to install it. I think it looks great! I rested it on top of the OE bar to get a visual.

Nice, welds look a lot better than my RE bar, although I'm willing to bet that was a fair bit more expensive.

I likely have strut towers that have moved but I have some decent gaps on the inner most portions, between the bar "footings" and the towers themselves.

Once I secure it I hope to see some of that gap will get smaller.

Then again there is the least amount of give on the inner side of the footings compared to outer sides where there is no structure.

Dispute went through. Guess he didn't reply/prove the bar was on the way. Sapphire Reserve is great.
