    Steering Wheel Refurbishment?

Anyone know where to go for a steering wheel refresh/ refurbishment? Used to be a guy on the old M3 Forum Stylez (or something) that did amazing work. Not sure I want to to Coby Wheel as I'm looking for a leather rewrap, not alcantara. TIA 🫡

Coby does leather now but there are a few other folks that this forum seems to prefer. New OEM wasn't much more than the high end re-wraps as of a few years ago. I have not checked recently though.

I got one of the ZCP wheels from him and am satisfied. It’s not exactly the same stitch pattern (better or worse is subjective) but it’s very well done.

I’ve heard great things about Craft Customs in Dallas.

I have 2 wheels that could use some love. Didn't know bmwfnatic had a connection. I like the "better than OE" part

Don’t get a Coby wheel, the quality is dog shit. The red stripe on mine faded to oblivion after like 3 months. I refurbished it with a Sharpie and it now lasts about 2 years between rounds lol.

Tainik is a long time ebay guy and is legit. Also check out Ledermanz. His stuff is great and have received 2 rewrapped steering wheels from and they were better than factory.

If you message him on Instagram or his website I think he can do it for a bit less.

                            It's very nice quality stuff.
