A/B/C pillar trim, broken tab DIY?

Hey guys, anyone have a DIY or suggestion for a known-to
-be-good method to get pillar trims with broken tabs back in action? I don’t care what it looks like as long as they fit, and I’m trying to avoid unnecessary gluing or drilling in a way that means they can’t come off and go back on again. LMK!

Bonus question, suggestions for adhesive to reattach door seal edges along the headliner / upper window?

Yea I saw Heinz's fix, looks great. Mine have those parts broken as well as the square mounting points.

same boat, mine have been off so long almost all have a broken something from being boxed and moved…two full sets of them, yay

I bought one of those little plastic welders with the wire you melt into the plastic. https://www.amazon.com/ATOLS-Plastic...dp/B091T368MK/

Just melted a couple squiggly wires into it, smoothed it out. it was plenty strong.

Very well. I've used them to repair all sorts of plastic and it's stronger than before the repair. Just gotta make sure to use the thin wire sections in thin plastic so it's fully embedded.

In the case of my C-pillar after the repair it survived a couple install/uninstall cycles without breaking so I'd call that good enough.
