Anyone into Hot Wheels?

Thanks man! And no it’s actually from a company called pit box, my buddy found them and sent them to me – it’s a modular diecast 3-D parking rack is the model, really cool stuff and I’ve been enjoying displaying my cars with these in a much more compact way

Im not a collector what so ever, but ive been buying hot wheels here or there at the super market when ever a cool car catches my attention.
Ive kept them in their packages for some reason i feel like im ruining if i open it, do people keep the open packages or do you guys throw the packaging away? Sometimes I really feel like opening them and rolling them around the table making vroom vroom noises lol.

A buddy of mine and I got into them during the pandemic, saving most for my daughter now when she's old enough haha but still got the e46 collection going strong. We'll send each other castings from time to time, the latest he sent me was the oxford green one you guys are talking about and then GTR at the top. He also sent me these stackers which are honestly so sick and a great way to display them in my home office, really love to roll them around when on calls

Another brand I think you all would really enjoy, which make Hot Wheels premium's look like amateur hour is Pop Race - these things are incredible. Again my buddy sent me these two and I'm blown away by them - they have magnets that attach the front and rear panels so you can take them on and off - and the attention to detail on these are just incredible. A bit more money of course but they're sweet!

Agreed that Pop Race are way better than Hot Wheels premium, but they're also 3x the price. MiniGT are also very detailed and more accurate than Hot Wheels. I usually just pick up Mainlines because they're only about a buck and change. I have too many to display them on stackers like you. I also see you got a couple of Mini-Zs. Been trying to find that GTR ASC forever!

Kyosho used to make them in 1:18 back in the days for BMW. I used to see them in the dealerships. Sadly, I didn't picked any of them up. I do have an E92M3 in 1:18 from Kyosho and the details are unbelievable, right down to the carbon fiber roof!

Same here...not really a "collector" whatsoever - just buying whenever anything catches my eyes, but it's starting to become a "problem" for me! I've always open them. I don't think I would buy them if I can't open them. It provides more joy for me to have them in my hands and admire them in 360!

They’re out there for sure! Just gotta keep looking - I found that one in Japan at a flea market, scooped it up real quick haha

There are definitely some floating around for sure, but they're asking insane prices! My Mini-Z insanity just got started!
