Prewire homelink?

Did all M3s come prewired for homelink? I popped my panel off along with the dome light and I don’t see the connector anywhere.

Yes, I believe most should be. I did this a while back so forgive my terrible memory but the only mod I had to do was cutout the hole for it.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. It was on my other 02 and 04 right in front when I took off that panel. On my 06, I have looked everywhere on both sides and it’s nowhere to be found.

Same, I bought a flat nose one from eBay that has homelink, hidden compass and auto dimming for $60. Plug and play unless you have the SOS mirror. You have to cut wires 4-7 so you don't fry the auto dimming feature.
