I'm not even sure what we're arguing over at this point! Feels like we might have veered a tad 😂

Just watched the entire thing ^. My kids magically left me alone this morning, and I was just able to sit in the sunroom and relax. I can understand why this may be too boring for some, but this is my ASMR.

Ironically, my ILB ZCP is at the shop for a full respray with the front end being taken down to bare metal. The right thing to do would be to still polish it (amongst other things), but I just want to start enjoying the car. So I’ll probably do 60% of the OCD version here in about two years. I am cracking up though bc sealant and wax after paint was always the plan for me. It’s pretty funny watching him basically work on my car haha. Talk about videos that were made exactly for me.

                  I actually agree.

My GF calls me a perfectionist, but I just want things done right, like Matt.

Half-assed is not in my vocabulary.... Maybe I'm a bit OCD myself lol.

I can't wait to see your car finished up!

I was too, and then I had kids.

I genuinely chuckled on that one. Kids are the best. There is a four year period of my life, with my kids, that if I could re-live for all eternity I 100% would. Kids introduce the best chaos.

the first 4 years are some of the best, so we just keep throwing a new one in the mix

Same agreed. 3 kids here, 2 under 3 and a 12 year old

Car stuff and perfection has taken back seat to kid and house stuff and somewhat organized chaos for a while.

Playset builds, fence rebuilds, kid room renovations, work, maybe bathroom and food in-between
