Trim work

I just picked up a 2004 BMW E46 M3 convertible with Gray Napa Interior and Titan trim. The door pulls/arm rests are pretty rough. The rest of the trim is not perfect but I want to prioritize the door trim. I was told someone on the forums does this work. Help please
