"Sort of" - get a self lubricating brass bushing kit - they're pretty cheap. AKG has them; Garagistic I think. I'm sure others too.
That said, I don't think the pedal/bushing plays a big role in the "feel" of the clutch action. I would assume it comes from the driveline (pp/clutch) maybe even including the fluid and cyl.
I just swapped the wobbly stock pedal pivot bushings with garagistic brass and it made a noticeable improvement in feel. Car only has 43k on it so the stock bushings were far from worn. For the cost and effort, I’d recommend it to anyone.
Shorter. Just like an SSK, everything is a compromise. For a shorter throw, you give up things. I don't care for either. Nor shorter diff gears (3.91/4.10).
