I got a flat halfways down. No Spare. Luckily there was BMW meet that weekend at Newcomb's and someone i was chatting with saw us and gave us ride down.
I now carry a donut spare in the trunk when i go into the canyons.

Been there, done that. Rolled my E34 525i at ACH in 2022, had no cell service so I just waved down a car that was heading my way (there are always people driving ACH on weekend nights) and went to a spot where I got cell service. Ended up having a friend-of-a-friend come out with his AAA membership to help me get my totaled car off the road. The car community made a horrible night a lot less bad, I'm very grateful for it. That definitely taught me a lesson on taking it easy on public roads, especially at night when the temperatures drop rapidly.

Beautiful spec. Something like that you just maintain and keep stock.

Red over red slicktop is a dream spec of mine for sure, like that's what I'd buy if I won the lottery and could afford an M3 at any price. I'm almost scared to think about what you paid for such a nice 28k-mile example. Hopefully you enjoy it and don't just leave it in the garage all the time, M3's need to get driven.

Beautiful car! I don't believe I've ever seen a red on red in person. With the the brushed aluminum, it looks awesome.
