    Mine

I have to accelerate slow to avoid it. It's because all the heatshields and muffler rattle really loud under moderate load. Oh man does it scream above 4k though. Really it's just accelerating that makes it rattle. It doesn't sound like garbage if I take quickly but after investing $7000 into this engine, I do want it to last.

unfortunately. But, it gives me a really good reason to keep the RPM's high everywhere and I do enjoy that lol. Even down low (really low), if you are not in it, it has a really nice tone. It's just that small window of RPM at low speed/high load where it gets confused.

Answers are gonna be all over the place here. “Best sounding” is subjective to the person. That said I have Megan Headers, Fabspeed HJS Sec 1 and RE El Diablo Sec 3 and love it. It is definitely on the louder side but I enjoy it. IMO one of the best sounding Sec 3’s.

    IMHO:

Catless headers (stepped if you have the cash)
Whatever Sec 1 as long as it has 2 resonators
Whatever Sec 2, OE is fine
    Stock muffler with larger tips
Don't get me wrong, it's still a beautiful sound, it's just not as pronounced as I thought it'd be based on all the videos I've seen.

My last two mods have completely destroyed my fuel economy: 4.10's, and this airbox (since I find my foot is all the way down... a lot more)

Agreed I had stepped, catted V1 sect 1, oe sect 2 with stock sect 3. It's fantastic. You actually hear more going on not to mention induction esp if you have cf airbox ofc.
