What is this round plug near the drivers side fog light?

Apologies for the blurry image. I am better than that.
I was trying to diagnose a rattle over bumps and found this plug laying along the fender plastics and making noise as it gets knocked around. Im guessing its maybe a connector for the horn, fog lights, and corner markers?

If anyone knows what the plug connects to or where it is supposed to dock, that would be great!

It attaches to the inside of the front bumper. There's a bracket for it by the driver's side fog light.
