Hey guys. Just picked up a coin holder and a cup holder of a guy who said they were oem brand new. Cup holder looks the part and has the bmw stamp on bottom. Coin holder does not and the texture is different than the one that was already in my car. Kinda a rubbery feel is what the stock one had. This one is a more smooth finish and no bmw stamp on the bottom. Anyone know if the surface material was changed on did I just buy an aftermarket coin holder.

Not aware an aftermarket even exists. I would get the part number and enter it into some of the popular online vendors to see if other brands pop up. Any markings at all on the coin part?DD: /// 2011.5 Jerez/bamboo E90 M3 · DCT · Slicktop · Instagram

Or it could be OEM that was stripped, and re-finished.BMW / E46M Interior & Trim Restoration.
