Dash Trim Failed Glue and Clip

On my right side dash trim, the glue has failed. What do you suggest I use? I have tried Barge but it seems to have failed again. Maybe 3M VHB tape?

And one of the red trim clips was broken, ordered another one from fcpEuro, try to push it in but it won't stay.

I just replaced my trim recently. Those red clip press in vertical then you rotate horizontal. No comment on the glue tho, what part of your trim was glued?

JB Weld works well. Red clips need to be rotated 90 after you insert them.
