HP ECU with MK20 ABS

I have a HP ECU that I want to use on my 2002 M3 for carbon intake and dyno tuning. My question is regarding MK60 ABS, will there be any issues or is the MK60 system separate?

It’s fine. BMW doesn’t even sell the non-HP for M3’s anymore
