M3 E46 to M3 F80 - feedback?

As for the M3 F80, as much as I like the idea and the look of the car, the driving experience didn’t convince me.

Nope, the driving experience is nothing like the 46M. Even my 6 spd E92M is nothing like the 46... the difference is like going from a go kart to a bloated 540i. I always laugh when the guys on m3post talk about how the E9X is such an amazing driving experience claiming there is nothing else like it on the market.... don't get me wrong, great motor that sounds lovely but it is far from the 46 and as you can imagine, F80 is just that much worse..... I'd love to have a 6spd sakhir F80 next to my other two whips for DD duties, it is probably the best of the 3 for that purpose but there is no way in hell im going to spend 50k+ on one, especially knowing the turds will never appreciate in value.

I think an f80 is the best compliment to an e46 m3, not a replacement. Nice change of pace when the e46 starts to become tiring on those daily trips.
