Carbon fiber engine cover recommendations

I'm looking to dress up my engine bay a bit. I saw a CF valve cover at 46 M east and fell in love. I made the mistake of searching up Status Gruppes valve cover and came across some bad reviews on fitment issues.

I found this one from DMC parts in NJ but haven't had any experience nor reviews on them.

I also found some on ebay but those probably come from the same place as the status gruppe ones.

That looks beautiful !! Especially with the BMW Performance strut bar. I really wish ECS would start selling those again

Wonder if there’s a risk of getting the coils wet by running the vented version...wasn’t sure about it so just forgot about it. Wonder if anyone is using them/ thoughts?

If you have a vented hood I would not run a vented engine cover. But without hood vents the vented engine cover should be fine. I used to run no engine cover at all with no issues.

I actually have an OEM cover that I had wrapped in asia, but never installed it (it was taking so long to get back from asia, I ended up buying another one). I can take pictures if you want.

I actually have the Status Gruppe CF engine cover, it looks really good but not all the holes line up. It looks exactly like the one from DMC parts.
