Intermittent Rough Running/misfire - No fault codes

May have been the kit from my autozone but mine didn’t come with the right adapter for our spark plug size and thread pitch. I had to buy one for that kit

Yes, I originally had a 2,4,5 misfires along with a random misfire. All of these were misfires without cutoff. Along with this I had some pretty crazy numbers in the uneven running tab on inpa during idle. Besides that, the misfires never really pinned down to super consistent cylinders. They kinda always were a different mix of cylinders with the same misfire without cutoff.
This made sense in my specific case because my head gasket was blown on all but one cylinder.
