DD, mostly free-flowing freeway miles. 7500 miles or once a year (usually 7500 comes first). Blackstone validated intervals on Castrol TWS.

Once a year. Usually anywhere from 1k-2k miles. Last year was an exception (5k miles) with me doing a roadtrip to Maine and then a track day at Road Atlanta.

Those miles are usually higher in the RPM.

4-5k miles. I've heard up to 7.5k miles is okay, but I'd rather err on the side of caution.

Once a year. I put about 1500 mi on it annually but all those miles are just warm up and then redline runs, rinse, repeat.

3000 to 5000 km per year. Twice a year regardless of km.
