S54 Connecting Rod Bolt Torque (Late Model M10)

Hi all,

I am thinking about doing rod bearings on my 2006 M3 while in quarantine, since I need to replace the oil pan gasket anyway. However, I am finding mixed information regarding the torque specs for the connecting rod bolts for the later cars with M10 bolts. Can anyone who has done rod bearings on a Post-2002 S54 chime in and tell me which ones of these are correct?

Thanks! I looked at this but didn't see it specified torques for the M10 bolts too

M11 (reuse) for pre 12/13/2002 -> 1x (5Nm, 30Nm, 70degrees)
M10 (replace) for post 12/12/2002 -> 3x (5Nm, 30Nm, 105 degrees)
