    Interior Parts Compatability

I'm looking to source parts for a full interior swap (dove grey to anything else) and was wondering if there's any compatibility between our M3's (coupes) interior parts and other E46 models. Things like door cards, plastics, dash, rear seat, etc...

    Thanks

All E46 coupe interiors should be compatible. Verts on the other hand are another story.
    Current: 2003.5 E46 ///M3 6MT - 2019 Ford Raptor 802A
    Past: 2015 F80 ///M3 6MT - 2006 E46 ///M3 6MT - 1999 E36 ///M3 5MT - 1991 E30 ///M3 5MT

Although the interior parts from a non-M coupe will all pretty much fit, most of them will NOT be identical.
AFAIK the only things that will be identical are the dash and center console pieces. Maybe the carpet.

Front seats will be fit but are not the same. Leather will be different for coupe rear seats.
A/B/C pillars, and headliner will fit, but are gray on non-M cars. The dead pedal piece will be different. And so on.

What parts from verts are not compatible with coupes (other than carpet and front seats)? There are quite a few junked verts out there with good interiors to pick parts from.

          Shifter trim is one.

Rear seat side panels (with the leather inserts), rear seat armrests, seats (obviously). I would say that generally speaking, verts would be a lot worse for picking interior pieces out of because driving with the top down exposes everything to a very significantly larger amount of dirt and dust, and UV rays absolutely ravage old plastics and leathers. Even with only 45k on the odometer, most of my vert's interior parts weren't worth selling to anyone when I bought it.
