New OE Bumper from BMW Dealership Issue

It’s getbmwparts.com which is a parts website from a bmw dealership in silver springs Maryland

i heard of Tischer. The link I included isn’t them. And Tischer can’t get the PRE LCI EU bumper. I checked. They don’t sell it anymore.

it’s a different part number. Different bumper for a non Kevlar support, also washer fluid tank and a few other bits are different.

I really really wanted the EU bumper but judging by the pictures, US bumper starts its life as an EU bumper then a drunk German does his thing with a dremel.

part number is 51112695241, if you search it on bimmeworld, it doesn’t show up.

That’s too bad. I too have been a drunk man with a dremel and can attest to the poor workmanship that results.

Haha, thats right dont give them an inch. Btw im only suggesting it cuz we are slowly seeing our m3s lose parts due to NLAs. If getting the particular bumper with the right configuration is as difficult as you mentioned, it might be something to consider. Hope you find it tho

I didn’t read the whole post, just saw the “I’ve never heard of” with the link. Mybad. looks like a dealership in Illinois.

I tried to order the aluminum carrier Euro bumper from Pelican last month because the website said in stock and free shipping. After ordering they said it had to be shipped from Germany and shipping cost was almost $700 😆. So I guess they can get it if you want to pay more for shipping than the bumper itself.
