Nothing, the only three things that differ from the old and new unit are the temp and fan speed buttons are two separate buttons on the new version and the backside of the newer unit is much more compact. Once you install another IHKA, it is a good idea to code it to your car by writing a blank .man file using NCSExpert.

I haven’t dipped my toe into coding yet…. I’ll have to reach out for help on that

So Covid brain fog is a real thing…. Getting out house painted & needed to pull the A/C from garage window.

Cleared a space on the workbench and pushed the welder back - but not enough…. When I pulled the A/C the accordion wing popped out & caught the welding rods & I knocked the welder into the M3. 😭 Lookis like the gas tank hit the fender.

I brought it to my body shop (Sublime Restorations) and they have amazing paintless dent tech that they were able to bring in.

Please elaborate. I replaced my older IHKA with a newer module, appears to function just fine.

Some standard E46s did not get the aux heater control valve that all M3s have. I believe the aux pump heats the cabin faster (not 100% sure), so you probably won't notice a difference.

Hi all, Does anyone have experience deleting the Auxiliary water pump under the intake? The Dinan intake on my car barely clears it, and the relocation bracket Dinan provided does not work well. I'm thinking of buying the version of the heater valve from the CSL that deletes the auxiliary water pump. If I replace #1 with #2,
