I will start by remembering the best things about the car and the evolution it has gone through. This was my first introduction to BMW life, and was the iconic dream car for me since the e39 chassis was released. The first tap of the accelerator blew mew away and I have enjoyed quite some history with this machine, that I first met in early 2007 and have loved ever since!

Current update: Over a year ago, a tree branch fell on my roof, destroying the sunroof and damaging a fair bit of the metal and mechanisms. The car has since been at a body shop on a diet. It has lost the sunroof and replaced it with an OE steel roof. The car is now finishing the painting process so hopefully will be ready by summer!
